Concretely
If a cabinet doesn't fit perfectly due to a measurement error, Maatkasten Online will take responsibility and provide a suitable solution. You're only responsible for the delivery costs.

Any measurement errors must be reported as soon as possible via aftersales@maatkastenonline.be , stating the order number and a brief explanation.
What does that mean?
When a cabinet does not fit due to an error in the measurements:
✓ We produce a customised solution (e.g. a narrower module, customised fitting or technical correction)
✓ We ensure that the cabinet can still be installed functionally and appropriately
✓ You don't have to worry about reproduction
👉 Important: Maatkasten Online always determines, in consultation with you, which solution is technically and practically the most suitable .
Our promise is simple: you can order your cabinet with peace of mind. If something goes wrong with your measurements, we'll find a solution.
Terms and conditions of the measurement guarantee
To keep this service correct and feasible for everyone, the following conditions apply:
- The custom measurement guarantee applies only to measurement errors. It does not apply to changing wishes, aesthetic preferences, or incorrect orders.
- Maatkasten Online always provides the perfect solution. This could involve a custom module or a custom-made fitting strip.
- The customer cannot request an alternative solution.
- The original cabinet will not be completely recreated if one of the above solutions is sufficient.
- Delivery costs always remain the responsibility of the customer.
- As usual, you remain fully responsible for the installation of the cabinet.
- After approval of the production order for the additional or customized parts, you may receive the delivery up to 20 business days later.
